[Your Festival Name] – Ticket Purchase Policy
By purchasing a ticket to AllSorts Festival (the “Festival”), you (“the Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases for AllSorts Festival are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for purchased tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to: a. Change of your personal circumstances or inability to attend the Festival. b. Changes to the Festival line-up, schedule, or performance times. c. Inclement weather conditions, unless the entire Festival is officially cancelled as per Clause 3. d. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please ensure you have selected the correct event date, time, and ticket type before completing your purchase. We may consider refunds under special circumstances.
2. Ticket Validity and Admission: a. Your ticket grants you a revocable license to attend the Festival. Admission is subject to compliance with the Festival’s terms and conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations. b. Tickets are unique and valid for one person per entry. Duplicate tickets will be refused entry. c. Entry to the Festival site will be granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket (printed or electronic) and, if required, valid photographic identification matching the name on the ticket or the primary ticket purchaser. d. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Festival, any person whose conduct is disorderly, disruptive, or who fails to comply with the Festival’s terms and conditions, without refund.
3. Festival Changes and Cancellation: a. The Festival reserves the right to change the Festival line-up, performance times, dates, and locations without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund. b. In the unlikely event that the entire Festival is cancelled by the organiser due to circumstances within our control, a refund process will be initiated for the face value of the ticket(s), excluding any booking fees, service charges, or transaction fees, which are non-refundable. Notification of such cancellation and refund procedures will be communicated via the official Festival website and/or email to ticket holders. c. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government order, epidemic, or any other event beyond the Festival’s reasonable control), the Festival organiser may, at their sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued if the Festival is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new dates.
4. Age Restrictions: The Festival is strictly 18+. Valid photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS card) may be required for entry under the Challend25 policy.
5. Prohibited Items and Conduct: Prohibited items, such as weapons, will be confiscated, and entry may be refused without refund. b. The Festival reserves the right to search all persons and their belongings upon entry to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. c. Illegal or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection from the Festival without refund.
6. Health and Safety: a. The Ticket Holder assumes all risks incidental to the Festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual event. b. You agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines, regulations, and instructions issued by the Festival organisers or venue staff.
7. Personal Data: a. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Festival’s Privacy Policy, available on our website, regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
8. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
